Navarra chef Joaquín Aguinaga is in charge of the kitchen, working together with his team to create a wide range of culinary specialities based on local seasonal produce and including Navarra farm produce and regional specialities.

Our offering is based on traditional dishes, adapted to your needs. Customs are changing, and so we ensure our cuisine is always healthy, well-balanced and freshly-prepared.
